I work as Associate Professor of Leadership at IÉSEG School of Management in Lille, France.
My main research interest is in uncovering how motivation impacts behavior and performance in organizational contexts, and how managers influence the goals that employees pursue and the means that they use to pursue their goals. What this research has so far uncovered (see elsewhere on this website) I apply in teaching about leadership, organizational behavior, organizational learning in higher education, and in consulting and workshops in businesses.
